Start with a free consultation where we will discus your goals and how we can best achieve them. You should ask questions to see if we are the right fit for you.

After your consultation we will schedule an initial visit. This is a longer appointment where we look for areas to make meaningful change including to your nutrition, physical health, and therapy. We will make a detailed plan with short, medium, and long term goals. If we decide medications will be helpful we may start them on this visit.

After the initial visit you will have the option follow up with medication management only, medication with therapy, medication management with extended therapy or family services. See below for a description and rates for our services. We are out of network providers, payment is made at each visit. We will provide documentation for you to submit to your insurance. Reimbursements vary by carrier, we will help you get the most from your insurance.
